Long March 12A First Reusable Launch Attempt: Orbit Success, Landing Failure

On the evening of December 22, China's Long March 12A rocket successfully completed its maiden flight from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, delivering its payload to the intended orbit. However, the first-stage recovery landing attempt was unsuccessful, with the stage landing approximately 2 km away from the designated landing pad. Despite this, the launch has provided valuable engineering data for China's reusable rocket technology development.
